सियासी धोखेबाजी:एक ने बहन और जीजा का छोड़ा साथ, दूसरे ने आदिवासी संगठन को !
नाव के वक्त दल-बदल कोई नई बात नहीं है। बिना किसी पद के जनता की सेवा का दम भरने वाले नेता अपने राजनीतिक दल से टिकट न मिलने पर विरोधी विचारधारा वाली पार्टी में पैराशूट लैंडिंग भारत में लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था के जन्मकाल से ही करते रहे हैं। सियासी धोखेबाजी के इस खेल में जो दांव मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान के साले संजय सिंह मसानी और जयस के संस्थापक एवं राष्ट्रीय संरक्षक डॉ. हीरा अलावा ने चला है, वह तो इस मैदान में मील का पत्थर साबित हो रहा है।
संजय सिंह मसानी की राजनीतिक सामाजिक हैसियत और पहचान मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान से ही जुड़ी हुई है। पड़ोसी राज्य महाराष्ट्र के छोटे से शहर गोंदिया के निवासी संजय को शिवराज के मुख्यमंत्री बनने से पहले मध्यप्रदेश में उंगलियों पर गिनने लायक लोग ही पहचानते रहे होंगे। तेरह साल के शिव-राज में ही वे बड़े उद्योगपति, सिने कलाकार और पत्रकार जैसी विविध कलाओं में पारंगत हुए और नाम कमाया। महाराष्ट्र छोड़कर मध्यप्रदेश की स्काउट एवं गाइड जैसी संस्था में भी वे किला लड़ाते दिखे। भोपाल के मुख्यमंत्री निवास से लेकर शिवराज के सालाना गणेश प्रतिमा विसर्जन समारोह तक में परिवार के अहम सदस्य की भूमिका निभाते हुए वे लाइम लाइट में रहने का कोई मौका नहीं छोड़ते थे। शिवराज के वहीं संजय, साधना सिंह के वही रसूखदार भाई संजय… अचानक कांग्रेस के मंच पर नजर आए तो उन्हें शिवराज में खामियां ही खामियां दिखाई देने लगीं। बहन की राखी की लाज रखने की कसमें खाने वाले वही संजय आज शिवराज के रिश्तेदार हो गए, जो कल तक उनके सगे भाइयों से ज्यादा परिवार का हिस्सा होते थे। नाते-रिश्तेदारों के राजनीतिक पलटी मारने का यह कोई पहला मामला नहीं है। कभी सिंधिया घराने के मां-बेटे ने अलग-अलग दलों की सवारी की परिपाटी शुरू की थी। श्यामला हिल्स के जिस मुख्यमंत्री निवास से अब संजय ने रूखसती ली है, उसी सीएम हाउस में दस साल तक बड़े राजा और छोटे राजा के तौर पर पूजे जाते रहे दिग्विजय सिंह और लक्ष्मण सिंह की जोड़ी भी दिग्विजयी सरकार गिरते ही टूट गई थी। छोटे राजा यानी लक्ष्मण ने भाई की विरोधी पार्टी भाजपा में कदम रखा और उससे सांसद भी बने। जब तक लक्ष्मण भाजपाई रहे, दिग्विजय के खिलाफ एक भी मामला अदालत या थाने की चौखट नहीं चढ़ा। भले ही उन्हें मुख्यमंत्री निवास से बेदखल करने वाली उमा भारती और भाजपा ने कभी न छोडऩे का ऐलान कर रखा था। अब चुनावी बेला में मध्यप्रदेश के वारा सिवनी से विधायक बनने की तमन्ना रखने वाले संजय ने अपने बहनोई से रुष्ट होकर कांग्रेस का दामन थामा है। हालांकि उन्हें करीब से जानने वाले कहते हैं कि संजय किसी योजना का हिस्सा नहीं बने हैं, उनकी राजनीतिक महत्वाकांक्षा ने ही शिवराज से कमलनाथ को बेहतर बताने को मजबूर किया है। हो सकता है यह उनकी अंतरआत्मा की आवाज हो।
दूसरी घटना सूदूर आदिवासी क्षेत्र की है। यहां एम्स दिल्ली की नौकरी छोड़कर आए डॉ. हीरालाल अलावा ने ‘अबकी बार आदिवासी सरकार’ का नारा देकर युवाओं की ऐसी फौज बनाई कि कांग्रेस और भाजपा के पसीने छूट गए। अलावा ने कांग्रेस से सीटों के बंटवारे का खेल खूब खेला। कुक्षी को केंद्र में रखकर मांग 80 सीट से शुरू होकर 15 तक पहुंची, लेकिन बात नहीं बनी। कल यानी कांग्रेस की लिस्ट जारी होने से चंद घंटे पहले तक अलावा अपने दम पर आदिवासी सरकार बनाने की हुंकार भर रहे थे और रात में वो अचानक बड़े ही गुपचुप ढ़ंग से मनावर से कांग्रेस उम्मीदवार हो गए। सूची आते ही कल तक पूजे जाने वाले डॉ. अलावा जयस के लिए धोखेबाज अलावा हो गए। जयस चुनाव प्रभारी समिति के अध्यक्ष और संरक्षक राजेंद्र पंवार अब अपने दम पर 22 सीटों पर प्रत्याशी खड़े करने का दावा कर रहे हैं। यह और बात है कि वे अलावा के खिलाफ उम्मीदवार नहीं देंगे तो उनका समर्थन भी नहीं करेंगे। लेकिन जयस में आज जो गूंज रहा है वह अलावा के खिलाफ उठ रही
आवाजें हैं। इस आवाज और भोपाल से उठती ध्वनि में साम्य है। श्यामला हिल्स के खास बंगले के भीतर से उठती दबी आवाज हो या कुक्षी, मनावर में सड़क पर चीत्कार करता स्वर….एक ही शब्द मुखर है…..धोखेबाज।
