लालबत्ती : ताबीज वाली गुमटियां..!
लालबत्ती! मतलब…? सड़क पर लालबत्ती का मतलब थांबा…रुको। रेडलाइट एरिया में लालबत्ती का मतलब….! ऐसी जगह जहां शरीफ लोग नहीं जाते! राजनीति में लालबत्ती यानी तमाम भौतिक सुख सुविधाओं का पट्टा।ऐसा रुक्का जो कांच को हीरा बना दे। खाकपति को करोड़पति बना दे। राजनीति में लालबत्ती की इसी महिमा के कारण वह पूजनीय है…वंदनीय है…आदरणीय है और ऐसा वरदान है जिसे हर कोई प्राप्त करना चाहता है।
तो साहब प्रदेश में आजकल लालबत्ती की ही आराधना हो रही है। दसों दिशाओं में एक ही प्रार्थना का स्वर गूंज रहा है। अदनान सामी के युगप्रवर्तक गीत ” मुझको भी तू लिफ्ट करा दे….” की तर्ज पर हर उस जीवित देवता को भक्त लोग प्रसन्न करने में जुटे हैं, जो जरा सी भी लिफ्ट करा सकता हो। क्या दोस्त और क्या दुश्मन सब एक ही मिशन पर हैं।क्या इंदौर…क्या मंडला…और क्या सीधी सतना।सब तरफ से चढ़ावा की मनौती के साथ भोपाल और दिल्ली की परिक्रमा लग रही है।
लेकिन, सवाल ये है कि भगवान प्रसन्न कब होंगे। हुए तो किस-किस पर कृपा बरसेगी। यहां के त्रिदेव मान भी गए तो दिल्ली के किसी देवता ने पच्चर फंसा दिया तब? खबर है, सृष्टि के पालनहर्ता से भेंट कर अपने लोक में लौटे सूबे के भगवान भक्तों की भक्ति परखने के लिए ध्यानमग्न हैं। इनके एकांतवास से भक्तों की बेचैनी बढ़ना स्वभाविक है। अबकी बार आस पूरी नहीं हुई तो बाकी के तीन साल भी चप्पलें घिसते घिसते निकल जाएंगे। सो सबकी उम्मीद परवान चढ़ रही हैं।
भगवान की कभी चुप्पी तो कभी आश्वासन का असर ये है कि लालबत्ती बांटने की कुछ नयी दुकानें भी खुल गयी हैं। ठीक किसी सिद्ध स्थल की तरह। भक्तों की मनोकामना पूरी करने के ताबीज और तंत्र मंत्र इन गुमटियों में बिक रहे हैं। कोई अपने प्रभावी संपर्क के दम पर लालबत्ती दिलाने का भरोसा दिला रहा है तो कोई …सिर्फ मेरा नाम ही काफी है.. का घोष कर रहा है। कुल जमा एक नया उद्योग….एक नयी परंपरा…एक नयी जमावट…वो सब हो रहा है जो ऐसे भ्रम के काल में होना चाहिए।
बात लालबत्ती की। तो जो संविधान की शपथ लेकर लालबत्ती पर सवार हैं वो भी डरे सहमे हैं। उनका भयादोहन करने वाले सक्रिय। जो मंत्री, राज्यमंत्री बनने का खुद को दावेदार मान रहे है वो हों… या फिर मनोनयन के जरिये सरकार के लिए सफेद हाथी साबित होने वाले किसी सार्वजनिक उपक्रम का आर्थिक बोझ बढ़ाने के तलबगार।सभी का एक ही लक्ष्य है। सभी का एक ही रास्ता है कि चाहे जो भी रास्ता हो लालबत्ती हासिल हो। सो मंदिर पूजे जा रहे। पत्थर पुज रहे। चौक चौराहे और अंग्रेजी के T अक्षर वाले मकान भी पुज रहे। भगवान जल्दी प्रसन्न हों और सबकी मनोकामना पूरी करें। और देर की तो पता नहीं सत्ता के गलियारों के कितने और आसाराम तथा राधे मां पुजने लगेंगे। सरकार, भक्तों को पाखण्डियों से बचाना है तो प्रसाद वितरण में अब विलंब नहीं होना चाहिए। वर्ना…!
