“75 पार” शिकार: लोग तो कहेंगे ही….
आखिरकार वही हुआ! जिसके कयास लग रहे थे। केंद्र सरकार यानी मोदी कैबिनेट में उम्र के 75 बसंत देख चुके लोग भी मंत्री पद पर बरकरार रखे गए। फिर चाहे वो उत्तरप्रदेश से चुन कर आए कलराज मिश्र हों या मध्यप्रदेश से राज्यसभा में भेजी गईं नजमा हेपतुल्ला। बीजेपी का “75 पार” का फार्मूला इनके मंत्री पद के आड़े नहीं आया। केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल विस्तार से महज चार रोज पहले मध्यप्रदेश में इसी “75 पार” फार्मूले की बलि चढ़ाए गए वरिष्ठ नेता बाबूलाल गौर और सरताज सिंह को अब अहसास हो रहा है कि वे ठगे गए…उनसे छल हुआ है और ये छल किया है उनकी अपनी पार्टी ने। आलाकमान ने या राज्य इकाई ने? इस सवाल का जवाब गौर और सरताज के साथ बहुत से लोग तलाश रहे हैं।
बस इसीलिए कांग्रेस की प्रतिक्रिया आई है कि उम्रदराज मंत्रियों को विश्राम देने का बीजेपी का फार्मूला व्यक्तिगत कुंठा निकालने का हथियार से ज्यादा कुछ भी नहीं है। ऐसी ही सोच 30 जून तक मध्यप्रदेश कैबिनेट के सबसे वरिष्ठ सदस्य रहे पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री बाबूलाल गौर और उनसे एक दशक छोटे, लेकिन 76 साल के एकमात्र सिक्ख मंत्री रहे सरताज सिंह की भी होगी। शिवराज सिंह चौहान की कैबिनेट की जवानी निखारने के फेर में इन दोनों को जून माह के आखरी दिन बेमन से मंत्री पद छोड़ना पड़ा था। वह भी सठियाने की आयु में खुद को युवा मानने वाले बीजेपी के प्रदेश प्रभारी विनय सहस्त्रबुद्दे के दबाव-प्रभाव में। तब गौर और सरताज को यही बताया गया कि बीजेपी ने 75 साल की उम्र पूरी कर चुके नेताओं को घर बिठाने का निर्णय लिया है। क्या वाकई ये हथियार केंद्र ने विनय को देकर भेजा था या फिर हथियार भोपाल में उठाया गया और आड़ आलाकमान की ली गई? दो साल पहले ही इसी फार्मूले के दम पर आज की भारतीय जनता पार्टी को गढ़ने वाले वरिष्ठतम नेता लालकृष्ण आडवाणी और पूर्व राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष मुरलीमनोहर जोशी सत्ता की मुख्य धारा से बाहर कर दिए गए थे। उनके लिए एक मार्गदर्शक मंडल बनाया गया था। ठीक ओल्ड एज होम की तर्ज पर। ऐसी जगह जहां वो लोग गाहे बगाहे ही जाते हैं, जिन्होंने अपनों को वहां भेजा होता है।
मध्यप्रदेश में “75 पार” फार्मूले का शिकार होते-होते बचीं मंत्री कुसुम महदेले की चिंता भी मोदी मंत्रिमंडल के गठन के साथ दूर हो गई होगी। उनकी भी समझ में आ ही गया होगा कि मध्यप्रदेश में “75 पार” का यह महानाट्य सिर्फ बाबूलाल गौर को ठिकाने लगाने के लिए खेला गया था। वो तो सरताज सिंह की बदकिस्मती थी कि वे भी “75 पार” निकले। ठीक उसी तरह जैसे आडवाणी के लिए दिल्ली में इसका मंचन हुआ था। लेकिन गौर से खतरा किसे? बाबूलाल गौर ऐसे नेता हैं जो मुख्यमंत्री थे तब भी भोपाल के सीएम कहलाते थे। नगरीय प्रशासन मंत्री रहे हों या गृह मंत्री तब भी भोपाल के बाहर गौर के कदम गाहे-बगाहे ही पड़ते थे। उन्हें भोपाल और अपने विधानसभा क्षेत्र से ही मतलब रहा है। 2003 के चुनाव में उनका टिकट काटने का पार्टी ने खूब जतन किया था, जब नतीजे आए तो प्रदेश में सर्वाधिक मतों से गौर ही जीते थे। दस बार लगातार विधानसभा का चुनाव जीतने का कमाल प्रदेश में तो कम-से-कम किसी और नेता ने नहीं किया। पचास साल से अधिक समय तक राजनीति ओढ़ी-बिछाई थी, सो जुबानी जमाखर्च में परहेज नहीं करते। जो बोलना है बेलौस बोलते रहे हैं और अब भी बोल रहे हैं। कुछ लोग कहते हैं कि गौर तोल-मोल के बोलते हैं। फिर चाहे उत्तरप्रदेश विधानसभा के पिछले चुनाव हों, जिसमें बीजेपी के लिए प्रचार करने के बाद लौटते ही उन्होंने समाजवादी पार्टी की सरकार बनने की भविष्यवाणी कर दी थी, जो सच भी साबित हुई। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को सीधे फोन लगा कर बधाई देने की हिम्मत भी मध्यप्रदेश में सिर्फ गौर ही दिखाते रहे हैं।
तो क्या, विनय सहस्त्रबुद्धे ने जो तलवार भांजी थी, वो बीजेपी आलाकमान की नहीं थी! आलाकमान की थी तो उसका निर्माण केवल व्यक्तिगत ईर्ष्या और द्वेष को साधने के लिए ही किया गया है। “75 पार” वाली इस तलवार को चलाने वाले राजा में समदृष्टि का अभाव है? या फिर इसका समयानुकूल अपने हित में उपयोग करने की छूट बीजेपी ने अपने क्षत्रपों को दे रखी है। “75 पार” की मार से दिल्ली वाले तो इस बार बच गए। अब देखना है ये हथियार फिर कौन किसे निपटाने के लिए उठाता है।
